How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee will depend on the size and weight of the items you ordered, and your delivery address as well. The shipping fee will be calculated when you check out.
Where does Bion deliver to?
We provide Malaysia-wide delivery, but please note there may be surcharges for Sabah and Serawak area.
How long does the delivery take?
We deliver orders using CityLink Express, which would take 2-3 business days. If you need to arrange an urgent order delivery, please contact us through Whatsapp.

Can Bion wheelchair fit into car boots?
Bion wheelchairs feature a foldable backrest design, and some models also include removable or flip-up footrests. These features enable the wheelchair to occupy less space, making it easier to fit into most car boots.

What is the difference between a wheelchair vs a pushchair?
Wheelchairs feature larger rear wheels, which help users move independently.

Pushchairs feature smaller rear wheels, making them lighter and easier to carry or transport.
What are the difference between Bion wheelchair series?
Bion Kompac Wheelchairs are compact, foldable wheelchairs with flip-up footrests that allow easy storage and save space.

Bion Elevating Wheelchairs are wheelchairs with elevating legrests, which support blood circulation for individuals with poor circulation and reduce strain for post-surgery/injured patients. Reclining model is also available for users who need more support.

Bion iLight Wheelchairs are lightweight wheelchairs for easy portability. Heavy-duty models are also available for users weighing up to 130kg.

Bion Postur Wheelchairs are fully-featured wheelchairs with detachable legrests that offer an ergonomic seating system, providing more comfort for the user.

Bion Travel Wheelchairs are our ultra-lightweight and portable wheelchairs, making them the perfect companions for flights or road trips.
What to do when my wheelchair tyres are worn out?
We provide wheelchair repair and tyre replacement services at our Bion Retail Store in Melaka. Please drop us a message through WhatsApp to arrange a repair appointment.
How to clean and maintain a wheelchair?
  • • Clean any dirt off the frame with a damp cloth
  • • Keep water and dirt from getting into the bearings of the wheels
  • • Keep away from rough terrains and damp areas

We regret to inform you that we have ceased all our wheelchair rental reservation services from 1 January 2024.

Commode

What is a commode chair for?
A commode chair is a portable toilet designed for seniors or individuals with limited mobility. It allows users to toilet safely and comfortably without walking to the bathroom, reducing the risk of falls.
Can Bion commode chairs be used over a toilet?
Yes. Simply remove the bucket and position the chair over your toilet bowl. If your commode chair has wheels, don’t forget to lock the wheels so that the chair is secured in place.
Can Bion commode chairs be used in the shower?
Bion Shower Commode C Series is designed to be safely used in the shower, serving as both a shower chair and a commode chair. However, our Bion Commode 103 is not meant for shower use as it can cause corrosion to the main frame.
How do I choose the right commode chair size?
If you want to use the commode over your toilet, ensure that your toilet bowl seat fits underneath the commode chair seat. The commode chair height clearance for the toilet bowl should be taller than your toilet seat height from the floor. Ensure that the distance between the left and right feet of the commode chair is larger than the width of your toilet seat. Please find the necessary measurements of the commode chairs in the specification sheet.
Should I buy a commode chair with wheels or without wheels?
Choosing between a commode chair with wheels vs without wheels ultimately depends on your needs. Commodes with wheels are easy to move between rooms, ideal for mobility and independence. Commodes without wheels are more lightweight and more affordable for fixed use.

How to inflate the mattress?

For Bion Pressure Relief Mattress V450, please follow these steps to inflate the mattress:
1. Unfold and lay the mattress on a flat surface
2. Attach the pipe to the pump
3. Plug in the pump to an electrical outlet
4. Press the power button to turn on the pump
5. Adjust the dial to an appropriate air pressure
6. Wait for the mattress to inflate until they are alternating


For Bion Anti Bedsore Mattress V250, please follow these steps to inflate the mattress:
1. Unfold and lay the mattress flat on a flat surface
2. Attach the pipe to the mattress
3. Attach the other end of the pipe to the pump
4. Plug in the pump to an electrical outlet
5. Press the power button to turn on the pump
6. Adjust the dial to an appropriate air pressure
7. Wait for the mattress to inflate until they are alternating

What should I do if the mattress loses air or gets damaged?

For Bion Pressure Relief Mattress V450 purchase, we provide 1 replacement tube, 2 patches, and a tube of glue, just in case your mattress gets punctured.


For Bion Anti Bedsore Mattress V250 purchase, we provide 2 patches and a tube of glue, in case your mattress gets punctured.

Does the mattress come with a cover and is it washable?
Bion Pressure Relief Mattress V450 comes with a washable mattress cover, making cleaning easier.
