How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee will depend on the size and weight of the items you ordered, and your delivery address as well. The shipping fee will be calculated when you check out.
Where does Bion deliver to?
We provide Malaysia-wide delivery, but please note there may be surcharges for Sabah and Serawak area.
How long does the delivery take?
We deliver orders using CityLink Express, which would take 2-3 business days. If you need to arrange an urgent order delivery, please contact us through Whatsapp.

Are Bion wheelchairs available for rent?
We regret to inform you that we have ceased all our wheelchair rental reservation services from 1 January 2024.
Can Bion wheelchairs fit into car boots?
It depends on the dimensions of the wheelchair and the car boot. Our wheelchairs are lightweight and foldable. Most of them have a foldable backrest design and some models have other features such as removable or flipped up footrests which allow the wheelchair to take up even less space, fitting most car boots. You may wish to proceed to our retail stores to try out the wheelchairs.

How to clean and maintain a wheelchair?
  • • Clean any dirt off the frame with a damp cloth
  • • Keep water and dirt from getting into the bearings of the wheels
  • • Keep away from rough terrains and damp areas
What is the difference between wheelchair vs pushchair?
Our wheelchairs come with large rear wheels that provides the user with independence to self propel. Our pushchairs come with small rear wheels allowing to be a more lightweight and portable choice.

Commode

How do I choose the right size?
If you want to use the commode over your toilet, ensure that your toilet bowl seat fits underneath the commode chair seat. The commode chair height clearance for the toilet bowl should be taller than your toilet seat height from the floor. Ensure that the distance between the left and right feet of the commode chair is larger than the width of your toilet seat.
Can the commode chair be used over a toilet?
Yes. Simply remove the bucket and position the chair over your toilet bowl. If your commode chair has wheels, don’t forget to lock the wheels so that the chair is secured in place.
Can the commode chair be used in the shower?
Using a commode chair in the shower is not recommended, as it can cause the frame to corrode. Plastic shower chairs are recommended for showers.

Mattress

How to inflate the mattress?

For Bion Pressure Relief Mattress V450, please follow these steps to inflate the mattress:
1. Unfold and lay the mattress on a flat surface
2. Attach the pipe to the pump
3. Plug in the pump to an electrical outlet
4. Press the power button to turn on the pump
5. Adjust the dial to an appropriate air pressure
6. Wait for the mattress to inflate until they are alternating


For Bion Anti Bedsore Mattress V250, please follow these steps to inflate the mattress:
1. Unfold and lay the mattress flat on a flat surface
2. Attach the pipe to the mattress
3. Attach the other end of the pipe to the pump
4. Plug in the pump to an electrical outlet
5. Press the power button to turn on the pump
6. Adjust the dial to an appropriate air pressure
7. Wait for the mattress to inflate until they are alternating

What should I do if the mattress loses air or gets damaged?

For Bion Pressure Relief Mattress V450 purchase, we provide 1 replacement tube, 2 patches, and a tube of glue, just in case your mattress gets punctured.


For Bion Anti Bedsore Mattress V250 purchase, we provide 2 patches and a tube of glue, in case your mattress gets punctured.

Does the mattress come with a cover and is it washable?
Bion Pressure Relief Mattress V450 comes with a washable mattress cover,m making cleaning easier.

Bion Anti Bedsore V250 do not come with a cover.
